The Midnight Train offers well-prepared and cooked foods for late night hunger
“Affordable and delicious”

A selection of classy music, that some say can be heard from Circuit Ave and along Ocean Park, breadcrumbs active night-owls to a resort for late night hunger.
The Midnight Train Food Truck, located next to the Sand Bar & Grille in Jim’s Package Store parking lot, serves high-quality fresh food from 8 pm – 1 am.
“[The food is] from farm to table. From sea to table,” Jordan Wallace, owner of the Midnight Train states
A rotating menu is presented every night and often surprises customers with a new item to try. Many plates do reappear on a consistent basis, like the Chicken Thighs which are seasoned with a spicy kick and decked out with the special midnight Salsa – made from vegetables picked from Wallace’s garden – and joined by the justly named Black Bean Madness.
The Whole Fried Scup serves up customers an entire fish caught by Captain Harvey Russel on the “My Brother” and touched up with a side of chips.
Also available to drooling palettes on a regular basis is the Seared Filet Mignon and the irresistible Mahi Tacos.
Even kids can come along to enjoy the food truck’s aura with help from the noteworthy Chicken Wings. They are made with love by Silvani da Silvia, a chef that is on the pace of an impressive 16-year-crusade in the cooking industry.
Fellow employee and chef, Sashall Reid, knows why the people keep coming back.
“It’s affordable and delicious,” Reid said.
The chefs are willing to take special requests and try to accommodate any customer, and their skills along with their personalities make the accommodation element a pleasant process.
This cash-only establishment is worth your attention. Follow the music, whether it be Frank Sinatra, Etta James, or Bob Marley. Your late night hunger will vanish with glee.
