Martha’s Vineyard has its own team of stars. I am not talking about movie or TV celebrities, but the talented musicians that turn every night on the island into a party. Island favorites like the Mike Benjamin Band and Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish are some bands that grab everyone’s attention and make them want to get in a bar to hear them play.
What happens, then, when you join them together and also add names such as Kevin Matthew, Josh Campbell, Willy Mason, and Wes Nagy? That’s what people who watch the Edbury All-Stars find out. You can call It blues, bluegrass, or just plain old rock’n’roll. Genres are not to be discussed here, all that matters is having a good time and the Edbury All-Stars are well-versed in making sure every single person in the room is moving around (you know, since not everyone can dance).
