By itself, Lobster is definitely a favorite savory treat. Especially in New England. Although some may think that lobster is only served alone with drawn butter and a side of Corn on the Cobb, guess again and have a taste of the Island House’s Lobster Quesadilla.
It is a known fact that cheese make’s everything better, and unsurprisingly it has done just that when it comes to lobster. A cheese quesadilla, so simple and yet so enticing, is a dish that you can’t go wrong with. However, adding something as exquisite as lobster has created a whole new world to the taste buds. Created with traditional tortilla flat bread, with cheddar cheese oozing outside of each corner, the Inside of every bite is filled with juicy pieces of fresh lobster and mixes the two incredible tastes in a way not matched since Peanut butter collided with Chocolate. Dipping sauces include sour cream and a home-made salsa that is so delicious you will use it all (trust us!) Put
